We offer guided meditation, visualizations, and hypnosis as well as Yoga, Pilates and a variety of mindful movement practices to help you live mindfully, move well and feel great!

Tears... So much to do with my heart chakra. To overcome the fear of loving and be hurt. It is deep inside of me and I want to get rid of that fear. That you can never own a person or a thing and that loving does not mean being vulnerable but learning that when you love, you do not lose but gain strenght. And that love is meanin of life. To live in such a way that I love myself and life as such, regardless of what I get back. And that you can love forever, love is mine, in my heart, not in another person... Great meditation, misic, voice ...thank you

I got complex PTSD from my childhood
3 children 2 have 3 kids each blessed so much my angel fought leukemia 22-29 devastated us still. Her light is with me as she is my sunshine 🌞

I love this Practice, the gentle stretches at the start, and the Meditation to finish. I have looked for a similar one, done outside on your steps. I remember loved it but I can't find it now. Thank you Sarah for all your wonderful videos. Namaste ❤️

I really wish I could like these meditations but you don’t really tell us how to get into a relaxing state.. you just say it and it’s difficult for me. Also you’re talking way to slow I feel like I’m hearing my alcoholic mom talk :( so sadly it triggers me due to trying to prolong your vocabulary and sounding a bit ditsy. Hope I don’t come off rube just trying to be honest and maybe you can be aware of it.

We all suffer greatly when we think we know the truth about anything or anyone. Surrender to not knowing, and you are free from all judgment of yourself and others. We simply do not know. But as Sarah indicates in many of her videos, the all-knowing does exist and is within us. We can live our selves and others and have joy when we breathe and find the safety dwelling within. I listen to this video every day. It reflects this truth we lose touch with in our busy lives. May this truth bless and be with you all.

This meditation is not good, every time I listen to it during my sleep I wake up in a bad mood. I wasn’t feeling this way before I started to listen to it. So be careful with what you pick.
